I am writing to you on behalf oh my family, can i just thank Paul, Jason and all staff at Worcester funeral service for the way in which the funeral arrangements for my late mother were carried out. The care professionalism shown by Paul and Jason was second to none, i would highly reccomend this company. Nothing was too much bother for any of the staff, Paul opened the funeral home ( free of charge ) on the Saturday and Sunday before the funeral so my family could pay respects to my Late mother. It really feels like we have built a friendship with the company rather than just being a number. I cannot thank you enough. On behalf of the Rayner family.

We would all like to say thankyou from the bottom of our hearts for the way you took care of Arthur/dad/grandad/(DAVE!). Nothing was too much trouble for you once again and you carried out our requests to the letter. You didn't mind how many times we wanted to visit him or how long we wanted to stay. You were extremely sensetive to our feelings at all times and made sure the time we spent with him was as comfortable as possible for all of us. All in all you helped us get through the most difficult time of our lives so far. If arthur could have met you both he would have liked you and would have been happy to be placed in your care. We wont hesitate to continue to reccomend you to family and friends. Thank you once again.

We cannot say enough how grateful we are to you all. Thank you for looking after us as a family and for organising things for us at this difficult time. You have been so very patient, caring and thoughtful. Although the last week seems a bit of a blur, your efforts to go the extra mile have been noticed and we will always remember this. It also means so much to us that you took extra care of dad. You gently looked after him and kept him safe and comfortable. Your sensitivity will never be forgotten.
